Hulbert Public Schools Newsletter for April

Posted Date: 04/14/2020

Hulbert Public School

Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s),
Hulbert Public Schools would like to thank everyone for working together during this challenging time. As a school district we understand that every family has experienced changes and transitions during this unfortunate scenario. Hulbert Public Schools has recently provided our Distance Learning Packets that were delivered or picked up on April 6th and 7th.We do not want this to have a negative effect on our student so we have decided to give the following options:

  • Students can opt to exit with the grade earned as of March 13, 2020

  • Students can complete the Distance Learning Packet to improve their grade.

The school district will have drop containers for items such as learning packets, textbooks, library books, and uniforms. The elementary will have a drop container near the entry door. The middle school and high school will have drop off containers near the school marquee. For middle school and high school students who need to pick up personal items in their lockers please contact the school and we will arrange items to be gathered. If learning packets need to be picked up prior to May 8 please call and we will make those arrangements.

Also we have had many questions and concerns involving graduation and prom. These events have been postponed to a possible later date this summer. If possible, we will establish a date for both events. Our office hours will be 8AM-3PM Monday-Thursday.

Thank You
Chad Botts-Chief Administrator
